Summer 2023 Sessions

The Summer 2023 Schedule is now available online! Summer sessions are from June 14th through August 15th, 2023.

Vendor for the Virginia Learning Acceleration Grant

For families receiving the Virginia Learning Acceleration Grant, Math Coach Amy is listed on the approved vendor list. Qualifying families need to use the first $750 of the grant by August 15th, 2023, and the remaining $750 by mid-December, 2023.

To use the funds for math tutoring, schedule the sessions using the online scheduler, entering the coupon code SUMMERGRANT. You will still be asked for your credit card information as part of the reservation. You will receive an invoice to submit to ClassWallet after your student has completed the session. Each 50 minute session is $75.

Fall 2023 Sessions

Fall 2023 Sessions begin August 22nd. Session times are scheduled directly with the families via email, one family at a time based on when we began working together. Please send an email to amy@mathcoachamy.com to find out if there are opening for the fall or spring.

Schedule and Change Appointments Online

For the school year, most families schedule a regular time each week at the beginning of the semester. During the semester, families can cancel a session for any reason without charge. With this flexible cancelation policy, session times open up throughout the week and can be viewed with the online scheduler.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with the appointment time and date along with the Zoom Meeting Link to start the video conferencing session at the appointed time.

You will also have the flexibility to easily reschedule or cancel appointments online via the confirmation email.

To View the Calendar and Make an Appointment

To see the calendar of available summer sessions, click on the time zone link to change time zones. For the first session, choose “Reserve without Payment”. This will securely store your card information and is only charged after your student’s session.

From there, select the session time that works best for you and your student.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with the appointment time and date along with the Zoom Meeting Link to start the video conferencing session at the appointed time.
